Die Casting

Die casting involves forcing molten metal into a mold cavity under high pressure. The mold is created by two pieces of hardened steel. When the metal cools and hardens, a cast in the shape of desired is created.


Forging

Forging, is a kind of pressure for metal blank by forging machinery, makes its produce plastic deformation in order to obtain certain mechanical properties, and is also a method to obtain certain shape and size.


CNC Machinery

Under CNC Machining, a computer program is customized for an object and the machine is programmed to etch out the desired shape. It is calculated through Computer Numerical Control (CNC). CNC Machining creates a product that is true to the original design, and can be used in manufacturing both metal and plastic products.

Lathe

Lathe is a machine that mainly uses a turning tool to turn a rotating workpiece. Drilling bit, reaming drill, reamer, tap, die and knurling tool can also be used in the lathe.

Metal Injection Molding

Metal injection molding is a metalworking process in which finely-powdered metal is mixed with binder material to create a "feedstock" that is then shaped and solidified using injection molding. The molding process allows high volume, complex parts to be shaped in a single step. After molding, the part undergoes conditioning operations to remove the binder (debinding) and densify the powders. Finished products are small components used in many industries and applications.
